Five charged for issuing loans without a licence

KUALA LUMPUR: Five men have been charged in the Sessions Court here with three counts of conducting a moneylending business without a valid licence since August last year.

Chong Chee Siong, 28, Tan Kim Tai, 26, Chin Yong Xuan, 23, Sia Ming Yang, 32, and Chong Chee Kim, 24, pleaded not guilty to the charges before judge M Bakri Abd Majid here on Friday (Oct 21).
