KOTA KINABALU: Sabah government is in the final stages of negotiations to finalise the special grants for the state guaranteed under the Constitution, says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor.
He said the negotiations were for the review of special grants due to Sabah under Article 112(D) of the Federal Constitution.
