PUTRAJAYA: An estate worker who caused the death of his colleague over bad cooking escaped the hang man's noose but not the jail term.
This was after Mohamad Rosli Naqur Gani succeeded in his appeal at the Court of Appeal on Tuesday (Oct 18) to get his murder charge reduced to culpable homicide not amounting to murder.
