Enforcement officers seize 35,000kg of sugar worth RM99,000 in Negri warehouse

SEREMBAN: Enforcement officers have seized almost 35,000kg of sugar packed in 1kg packets from a warehouse in Sendayan Tech Valley near here.

State Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs director Muhammad Zahir Mazlan said checks by his officers during a raid on Thursday (Oct 13) revealed that the company had yet to get approval to store the controlled item in their premises.
