Former AmInvestment Bank Bhd managing director Kok Tuck Cheong, 67, testified at Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) trial here yesterday that the casual lunch at the five-star hotel was attended by five or seven AmBank and TIA officers in 2009.
