KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia and Japan has agreed for the Strategic Partnership between the two countries to be upgraded to a Strategic Comprehensive Partnership, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Abdullah.
The Foreign Minister said in order to coordinate the upgrade, Malaysia had started discussions at official level by identifying areas of cooperation for the benefit of both countries.
