‘Why are there still floods?’

PETALING JAYA: The question of why floods are still happening despite being given huge allocations over the years needs to be answered before more money is spent on mitigation, says Alliance of River Three founder Kennedy Michael.

“Money has always been allocated for flood mitigation (so) why are they still happening? This fundamental question needs to be answered before spending more money on flood mitigation.
