SIBU: A 52-year old prisoner has been found dead in Sibu Prison's transit cell.
SIbu OCPD Asst Comm Zulkipli Suhailai said the central police station here was notified of the death by the prison warden at 4.13am on Sunday (Sept 11).
"Paramedics who attended to the prisoner pronounced him dead at the scene.
"The case has been classified as sudden death," he said here on Tuesday (Sept 13).
