When giving is its own reward

WHEN Shayne Koo applied to be an intern at a local charity organisation, little did she realise how much she would gain from the experience.Koo had joined one of Great Heart Charity Association’s (GHCA) volunteer events for the first time in 2018, days before she left for Australia to further her studies.

That involvement left such a positive impact on her that she decided to help out again when she returned to Malaysia.
