Two auxiliary policemen arrested for extortion in JB


JOHOR BARU: Two auxiliary policemen were arrested for allegedly extorting money from a man at a shopping complex in the city centre here.

Johor Baru South OCPD Asst Comm Raub Selamat said that the suspects, aged 25 and 32, were working at the shopping complex where they apprehended the victim and his girlfriend for committing khalwat (close proximity).
