Let the cows come home: CAP wants council to release captured pregnant animals

BUKIT MERTAJAM: The Seberang Prai City Council (MBSP) has been urged to release two pregnant cows that were caught while wandering in Jalan Baru, Prai on Tuesday (Aug 2).

Consumers Association of Penang (CAP) education officer NV Subbarow said it was cruel to detain the animals.
