SHAH ALAM: Malaysia is expected to sign a memorandum of understanding (MOU) regarding the recruitment of Cambodian domestic helpers in early September, said Human Resources Minister Datuk Seri M. Saravanan (pic).
He said the date of signing the agreement will be set after views from several ministries, including the Home Ministry, are completed.
