Deputy IGP leads Pahang Sultan’s birthday awards and honours list


KUANTAN: Deputy Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain is among nine recipients of the Sri Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (SSAP) awards in conjunction with Pahang Ruler Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah's birthday.

The award, which carries the title "Datuk Seri", was also bestowed on International Trade and Industry Ministry secretary-general Datuk Lokman Hakim Ali, Foreign Ministry secretary-general Datuk Arman Mohamed Zin, Touch Group Holdings Sdn Bhd chairman Raja Datuk Mufik Affandi Raja Khalid and Pahang police chief Comm Datuk Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf.

The other recipients of the SSAP were Navis Capital Partners Limited co-founder and managing partner Nicholas Rupert Heylett Bloy, Perusahaan Otomobil Kedua Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Zainal Abidin Ahmad, Oil Hub Explorer Sdn Bhd managing director Chia Siea Chok and Muda Awam Sdn Bhd managing director Yew Ah Chai.

The investiture ceremony, held at Istana Abu Bakar in Pekan, was graced by Regent of Pahang Tengku Mahkota Tengku Hassanal Ibrahim Alam Shah.

Four individuals were conferred Sri Indera Mahkota Pahang (SIMP), which carries the title "Datuk Indera".

They were Navy Family Welfare Club chairman Puan Sri Maslina Ismail, Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission deputy chief commissioner (management and professionalism) Datuk Junipah Wandi, Paya Besar Umno chief Datuk Ahmad Tajuddin Sulaiman and Tenaga Nasional Berhad president and chief executive officer Datuk Baharin Din.

Thirteen individuals were conferred Darjah Sultan Ahmad Shah Pahang (DSAP) which carries the "Datuk" title.

They were Hartapac Sdn Bhd director Datin Seri Sian Rahimah Abdullah, WQ Medic Sdn Bhd director Datin Seri Dr Noraini Abd Jalil, Malaysia High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland Datuk Zakri Jaafar, Energy and Natural Resources Ministry deputy secretary-general Mohamad Razif Abd Mubin, Paradigm Land Development Sdn Bhd director Mohd Rafiza Ab. Rais and Science and Technology Research Institute for Defence director-general Aminudin Yahaya.

The other recipients of the DSAP were Naqiz & Partner senior partner Syed Naqiz Shahabuddin Syed Abdul Jabbar, Affin Hwang Investment Bank chief executive officer Mona Suraya Kamaruddin, Finance Ministry public asset management division secretary Ahmad Suhaimi Endut, Finance Minister's senior private secretary Wan Murtadza Wan Mahmud, Platinum Victory Development Sdn Bhd director Shaik Ahmad Sufian Shaik Kamal Farid, HSBC Bank Malaysia Berhad chief executive officer Omar Siddiq Amin Noer Rashid and Orang Besar Enam Belas Tok Muda Datuk Kol (Rtd) Hashim Mohamed Ali.

A total of 24 individuals received Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (DIMP), which carries the title "Datuk".

They included Istana Negara corporate communications chief Muzli Mohamad Zin, Pahang MCA liaison committee secretary Quek Tai Seong, FGV Holdings Bhd chief executive officer Mohd Nazrul Izam Mansor, Pahang Customs Department director Abdul Ghafar Mohamad, Rompin MIC chief Parianan Lachimanan, sports analyst Dr Pekan Ramli, singer Luciana Francissca Lucian G Peter, Pahang football head coach Dollah Salleh, singer Siti Fairus Sheikh Mohamed, Mango Tree Group chief executive officer Eddie Lim Teck Hooi and Senator Juhanis Abdul Aziz.

Two people received the Setia Ahmad Shah Pahang (SAP), six the Setia Mahkota Pahang (SMP), four the Ahli Ahmad Shah Pahang (AAP), 10 the Ahli Mahkota Pahang (AMP), eight the Pingat Khidmat Cemerlang (PKC), 10 the Pingat Kelakuan Terpuji (PKT) and nine the Pingat Jasa Kebaktian (PJK).
