GEORGE TOWN: Datuk Seri Wong Siew Hai wants to help retrain unemployed engineers to get them back into the workforce.

Wong, who had spent decades in the semiconductor industry with US chip giant Intel Corp, admits that he is always worried about how the country needs more skilled engineers and technicians.
