ALOR SETAR: The Kedah government will only release an official statement once relevant government agencies complete their findings over the cause of the recent Baling flood, even as some people are keen to blame it on a durian plantation. “I hope the public will stop speculating about the incident, and allow the authorities to conduct their own assessments.

“I’ll only make a full statement once I have read the findings,” said Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor.
