BENTONG: The tunnel boring machine (TBM) launched near Bukit Tinggi here will expedite the construction of the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project, says Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong.
The Transport Minister said that previous excavation methods in the 665km ECRL alignment used the drill-and-blast method.
