StarProperty virtual showcase begins

PETALING JAYA: Calling all home buyers and industry professionals, StarProperty is hosting a virtual showcase starting now until July 14. The showcase will feature properties participating in the prestigious StarProperty Awards.

The showcase will feature developments from all over Malaysia as there are no geographical restrictions for a virtual showcase. You can visit anytime and anywhere through your devices and from the comfort of your home.

Along with the showcase are lots of exciting activities you can participate in, including voting for your favourite project and developer or attending webinars on interesting property topics. And by participating in the activities, stand a chance to grab exciting prizes.

A total of 53 vibrant developments are on display from high-rise to landed homes and from affordable to luxurious homes. The virtual showcase brings the look and feel of a physical fair. Visitors can virtually visit and interact with each booth, attend the webinars and download brochures about each development.

The virtual showcases have an impressive line-up of developers including Boustead Properties, Gamuda Land, GuocoLand, Horizon Hills Development, IJM Land, IOI Properties Group, JKG Land, Lagenda Properties, LBS Bina Holdings, Mah Sing Group, Matrix Concepts Holdings and MCT.

Also on the listing are OSK Property, Paramount Property, Parkland Avenue, Platinum Victory Holdings, Posh Homes, Sime Darby Property, Sri Pengkalan Binaan, Sunsuria, Sunway Property, UDA Holdings and UEM Sunrise.

As part of the prestigious StarProperty Awards 2022, visitors have the opportunity to become a part of the judging panel for the Readers’ Choice. There are three categories: Best Architectural, Most Heart Warming and Most Preferred. You can help decide which developer or property is most deserving of each award.

Not only that, we have a Visit and Win lucky draw for every visitor, with prizes up to RM4,000. Every action you do at the virtual showcase, such as visiting the booth, viewing the virtual reality galleries, and downloading brochures, will earn you tokens. The token can be used to spin the wheel on our Visit and Win page to win a RM20 e-wallet credit. Chances are great as 50 winners a week will be eligible.

If the StarProperty virtual showcase has allowed you to find the perfect home, your booking of a unit through the showcase will allow you to be eligible for the Buy and Win segment. Just submit the relevant documents to prove the purchase and participants can stand a chance to win RM400 worth of e-wallet credit.

In addition, anyone who buys a property at this virtual showcase or in any StarProperty Fair organised this year will be in the running for the Buy & Win Grand Finale which will be announced in December. Ten winners will walk away with Guocera Premium Tiles worth up to a total of RM100,000.

The cherry on the cake is the virtual showcase that will host a series of insightful webinars by experts covering different aspects of the property industry. Just bring an inquisitive mind, and discover more about property investment, home-buying in a post-pandemic era, feng shui, legal tips for auction properties and many more. All of our webinars are completely free so do not miss out.
