KUALA LUMPUR: The Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah congratulated Royal Malaysian Navy senior cadet officer B. Janusha for being the country's first female officer to graduate from the United States Naval Academy (USNA).
