Woman killed in Jonker Walk blaze

MELAKA: A 75-year-old woman died after being trapped in a burning shophouse on Jonker Walk on Tuesday (June 7) night.

A Melaka Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said in the 9.37pm incident, Koo Kim Foong suffered burns to at least 70% of her body.
