ACP Vijaya Rao said investigations showed the 30-year-old woman was walking alone when she fell after being kicked by a man in an attempted robbery.

"The suspect acted aggressively during the attempted robbery and punched the victim in the face and head before running away," he said in a statement Thursday (May 19).

It is believed that the suspect is the same man that was seen in a TikTok video exposing himself on Jalan Chow Kit.
