Woman fined RM500 for puffing inside Sibu eatery


SIBU: A woman has been fined RM500 in default seven days’ jail by a Magistrate's Court here after she pleaded guilty to smoking in an eatery.

The accused, Winnie Kong, was charged on Thursday (May 26) under Regulation 11(1) of the Control of Tobacco Products Regulations 2004 (Amended 2018) for the offence.
