Floods: Negri govt to deepen rivers at 10 locations in bid to ease problem

SEREMBAN: Negri Sembilan authorities will deepen rivers at 10 locations in the state after several low-lying areas here were hit by flash floods, says Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Aminuddin Harun.

He said the state exco decided on this at a meeting on Wednesday (May 25) after several areas along Sg Linggi here were inundated the night before.
