23 nabbed for drink-driving in KL traffic ops


KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 23 men were detained for driving while intoxicated following a traffic operation in the city.

Kuala Lumpur Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department (JSPT) chief Asst Comm Sarifudin Mohd Salleh said the drivers, aged 23 to 48, were detained during a traffic operation held in the city centre, Jalan Raja Laut, Jalan Kuching, Jalan Genting Klang, Duke Highway and MRR2 from Friday (May 20) to Sunday (May 22).
