Policeman fined for using phone while driving

PETALING JAYA: A policeman seen on video using his mobile phone while driving, has been issued a summons.

Petaling Jaya OCPD Asst Comm Mohamad Fakhrudin Abdul Hamid said police detected the viral video at 8.28pm on Sunday (May 15).
