Cops identify lorry driver seen driving dangerously in viral video

KLUANG: Police have identified the lorry driver who allegedly drove his vehicle dangerously at KM74 of Jalan Johor Baru-Ayer Hitam, Kluang.

Kluang OCPD Asst Comm Low Hang Seng said the police had received a video of the incident, which had also gone viral, on Sunday (May 15) at around 10.40pm.

“The incident took place at Simpang Renggam near here and the suspect is a local man," he said in a statement Monday (May 16).

ACP Low said the case is being investigated under Section 42 (1) of the Road Transport Act 1987.
