Dr Wee arrives in Singapore to attend Changi Aviation Summit


PETALING JAYA: Transport Minister Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong will be attending the Changi Aviation Summit in Singapore from Monday (May 16) until May 18.

Both the minister and Civil Aviation Authority of Malaysia (CAAM) chief executive officer Datuk Captain Chester Voo had been invited by the Singapore government to attend the summit, which will be held at Marina Bay Sands.

“Arrived at Changi Airport together with CAAM CEO Datuk Captain Chester Voo Chee Soon.

“Much thanks to Singapore Ministry of Transport’s International Division secretary Mr Bernard Lim for receiving us at the terminal,” he said in a Facebook post Sunday (May 15).

More than 300 global aviation leaders, policymakers and senior executives from over 45 countries will attend the two-day summit.
