Peeping Tom in Shah Alam: Video of man masturbating while looking through kitchen window

SHAH ALAM: Police are looking for a man who was captured on CCTV masturbating while peeping into a house kitchen at Section 23 here.

The video showed the man creeping around a back alley of the housing area.

He can then be seen crouching and pacing forward and backwards while peeping through the kitchen window of one of the houses while masturbating.

Shah Alam OCPD Asst Comm Mohd Iqbal Ibrahim said a one-minute-19-second video of the incident was circulated on social media by Twitter handle @Bangbunn.

"The complainant, an accountant and mother of one lodged a report on the incident at the Sri Muda police station on April 27 after finding out about the indecent act from one of her neighbours.

"Our investigations show no sign of attempted break-in into the house and the suspect's face could not be clearly identified from the CCTV footage," he said, adding that the suspect was believed to be a foreign man.

He said the case was classified as a public act of gross indecency under Section 377D of the Penal Code.
