PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal dismissed an appeal by businessman JR Deepak Jaikishan (pic), his brother and their company to reinstate a lawsuit against Datuk Seri Najib Razak, his wife Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and three others over alleged claim of conspiracy that resulted in them suffering losses.

Justice Datuk Azizah Nawawi, who delivered the unanimous decision of the Court of Appeal three-member panel on Friday (April 29), said it was a proper case to be struck out as elements of fraud, conspiracy, malfeasance and abuse of process, as claimed by Deepak, J.
