Sabah to use part of RM125mil federal grant to build houses for the poor


KOTA KINABALU: Sabah will use part of the special federal grant of RM125.6mil for building 1,500 units of houses for the poor in all 73 state constituencies.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Hajiji Noor (pic) said that the housing scheme dubbed Rumah Mesra SMJ, previously known as Hardcore Poor People’s Housing Project or PPRT, would be evenly distributed to all constituencies in Sabah.
