S'wak Bomba to carry out patrols for Raya fire safety campaign

KUCHING: The Sarawak Fire and Rescue Department will carry out patrols and community engagement as part of its Hari Raya fire safety campaign.

Director Datuk Khirudin Drahman said the campaign aimed to raise awareness and educate the public on preventing fires, especially as Malaysia was now transitioning into the endemic phase of Covid-19, with more sectors opening up and activities allowed.
