Lazy hubby in stitches after wife ‘sews’ him to sofa

A MAN in Shandong, China, was shocked to find that he was unable to move after waking up from a nap, Sin Chew Daily reported.

He found out then that his clothes had been sewn to the sofa he was sleeping on.

His fingernails had also been painted in different colours.

Apparently, his wife had decided to teach him a lesson for lazing around the house. So, she “sewed” him on to the sofa.

She said she was upset that her husband had been napping for five hours instead of spending time with their children.

Apart from eating and going to the toilet, the man refused to do anything else the entire day.

“As I was sewing (him to the sofa), I felt all my stress melt away,” she said.

The man’s colourful pedicure was the outcome of his children’s creativity.

When he awoke and realised his comical situation, the man burst out laughing. The wife and children also joined in.

The news had also amused Internet users. Many of whom praised the wife for her “creative” punishment.

“Sew his clothes today, (but if he continues to be lazy), sew his flesh tomorrow,” one netizen quipped.
