KUALA LUMPUR: Bukit Aman has stressed that its probe into businessman Nicky Liow was done transparently and did not protect the interests of any other party.
Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) added that instructions on charging were also executed as directed by the Attorney General’s Chambers (AGC).
