Saudi Arabia allows entry of pilgrims from all countries without exemptions this year


JEDDAH: The government of Saudi Arabia has allowed for the admission of all haj pilgrims from all countries this year.

According to the spokesman of Saudi’s Ministry of Haj and Umrah (MoHU), Hisham Saed, the move was taken to provide opportunities for pilgrims from outside of Saudi Arabia to perform the ritual, especially after a two-year delay due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
