Nicky to face the music


KUALA LUMPUR: Wanted fugitive Nicky Liow Soon Hee (pic), who has been on the run since last year, has surrendered to police.

The 34-year-old founder of the Winner Dynasty Group gave himself up at the Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) headquarters at Menara KPJ, Jalan Tun Razak, at about 11am yesterday.
