MELAKA: A 25-year-old unemployed man was sentenced to 15 years’ jail and three strokes of the rotan after he pleaded guilty to raping and intimidating a pregnant woman.
The accused Zul Hafiq Hafizi Zakaria admitted to the charge under Section 376(2) of the Penal Code, which carries a jail term of up to 30 years and whipping.
