KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court has fixed May 9 for decision in an application by Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi who is seeking to obtain statements recorded from witnesses by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) in his corruption case involving Yayasan Akalbudi (YAB).
Justice Collin Lawrence Sequerah set the date after hearing submissions from both parties here on Friday (April 8).
