Cops issue RM70,000 worth of compounds for SOP violations at nightspots


KUALA LUMPUR: RM70,000 worth of compound notices were issued to patrons and owners of premises following raids on three entertainment outlets in the city on Thursday (April 7).

Kuala Lumpur Crime Prevention and Community Safety Department (JPJKK) chief Senior Asst Comm Datuk Azman Ayob said the compound notices were issued to 67 patrons and three nightclub owners for violating the Covid-19 standard operating procedures (SOPs).
