KUALA LUMPUR: A student due to take his SPM this year is among two suspects arrested for allegedly selling fake driving licences online.
City Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) chief Asst Comm Mahidisham Ishak said in a statement on Monday (April 4) the arrests resulted from a complaint by a 40-year-old victim who claimed to have been scammed through an online advertisement.
