IPOH: Police have completed investigations on a viral video, showing three small children sticking out of the windows of a moving car.

Perak police chief Comm Datuk Mior Faridalathrash Wahid said the police have already referred the investigation papers to the state deputy public prosecutor (DPP)'s office for the next course of action.
