KUALA LUMPUR: The data in the MySejahtera application is owned by the government despite it not having a contract with the developer, says Khairy Jamaluddin.
The Health Minister said the data was safe as the government had a non-disclosure agreement with the app developer, MySJ Sdn Bhd.
