KUCHING: Datuk Seri Dr Sim Kui Hian has tested positive for Covid-19 after taking a PCR test ahead of an official overseas trip.

The Sarawak Deputy Chief Minister said the result came as a shock as he had been doing daily self-testing, was always double masked, washed his hands frequently and followed standard operating procedures (SOP).
