KUALA LUMPUR: Police here have arrested the motorcyclist suspected of throwing a spanner at a MPV along Jalan Kuching as seen in a video that went viral.
Sentul OCPD Asst Comm Beh Eng Lai said the 38-year-old motorcyclist was arrested at his workplace at Taman Wangsa Melawati at around 3.30pm on Tuesday (Feb 22).
