KOTA KINABALU: The slow rate of Covid-19 vaccination booster shots in Sabah is a people issue and not due to any supply shortage, says a state minister.
State Community Development and People’s Well-Being Minister Datuk Shahelmy Yahya some in Sabah have been opting out of their booster shots for reasons known only to them.
