High Court sets Feb 15 to decide on Shafee's application to expunge witness statement


KUALA LUMPUR: The High Court fixed Feb 15 to decide on Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah's application to expunge more than half of the written witness statement of a former Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) officer in relation to the lawyer’s money laundering case involving RM9.5mil.

Judge Datuk Muhammad Jamil Hussin set the date after hearing submissions from lawyer Harvinderjit Singh, who represented Shafee (pic), and deputy public prosecutor Afzainizam Abdul Aziz on Thursday (Feb 10).
