Lawmakers hold session to discuss anti-hopping provisions, PM term limits


KUALA LUMPUR: An engagement session between Dewan Rakyat and Dewan Negara parliament members was held on Tuesday (Feb 8) and Wednesday (Feb 9) on anti-party hopping provisions and limiting the Prime Minister's term, says Datuk Seri Dr Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.

"The session was aimed at obtaining the views of the people's representatives and Senators on the proposed provisions," said Wan Junaidi, who is Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Parliament and Law).
