PETALING JAYA: Popular social activist Kuan Chee Heng, fondly known as Uncle Kentang, is down with a Category 4 Covid-19 infection and has been warded at Serdang Hospital.

Kuan, 59, posted on Facebook about his condition Monday (Feb 7) and apologised for not being able to answer calls.
