119,626 household heads eligible to receive BWI, says Nadma


KUALA LUMPUR: A total of 119,626 heads of households are eligible to receive the Bantuan Wang Ihsan (BWI) compassionate aid as of 8am Sunday (Jan 23), according to the National Disaster Management Agency (Nadma).

Nadma, in a statement, said that out of the total, 105,974 households were reported to have been affected during the first wave of floods while the rest during the second wave.
