Three flat units razed in Setapak Jaya fire, mentally ill man detained


KUALA LUMPUR: A family misunderstanding led to a man, believed to be mentally ill, setting his home on fire and eventually razing two other flat units in Setapak Jaya here Sunday (Jan 16) evening.

Wangsa Maju OCPD Supt Ashari Abu Samah said the 38-year-old man was detained at the scene after police received information about the incident at 4.30pm Sunday.
