Umno veep calls for GE15 and Johor polls after Amanah president's threat to withdraw support for PM

PETALING JAYA: Amanah's threat to withdraw support for bipartisan cooperation between Pakatan Harapan and the government is why the general election and the Johor state election should be held soon, says Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin.

The Umno vice-president said the elections should be held soon to avoid the government from having to rely on the Opposition’s support to continue ruling.
