KOTA KINABALU: A 34-year-old civil servant was charged in Sessions Court here for sexually assaulting a 15-year-old boy at a toilet of a government office here.
Sharif Hardi Roman Sh. Miasin pleaded not guilty before Sessions Court Judge Azreena Aziz to the charge against him on Friday (Jan 14).
